Too easy. Just the best people, best frozen yogurt, best toppings and the cleanest spot doing it. Top notch

Artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners, and corn syrup are used. Lovely service and pretty place.

The two teenage Workers made conversation and greeted every customer that came before and after me. Also asked each customer for punch card excluding me. :(

We've been here a few times and always enjoyed ourselves. It is very clean and inviting. In fact, last time we visited there was an employee cleaning the machines and making sure everything was working properly - nice they see being proactive about cleanliness and maintenance.

Staff is friendly and helpful.

Flavors do rotate which is both good and bad. Espresso and pistachio are our favorites and unfortunately on our last visit, both were missing! Hopefully we have better luck next time.

I'm not sure if they do or not, but if they post the day's flavors on a website thst would be nice.

Vegetarian options: It's frozen yogurt, so vegetarian, not vegan

Parking: Enough parking although being next to trader Joe's does impact parking.

Go to frozen yogurt spot, If the location of my home wasn’t at the distance it’s at. Every weekend they would see my face.

I recommend you at the spot at least once. Also, plenty right now take this as a sign to just go.

Pro:
Love the self serve frozen yogurt and toppings and being able to pay by weight.

Con:
Very disappointed with the customer service today. Came in with a group of kids after school. Our group paid for five large yogurts and comes to Chiller Bee several times per week. I asked the girl at the register for some tap water in a paper cup for my German Shepherd who was sitting outside (we walked to Chiller Bee after school pickup). It’s 90 degrees outside and we walked about 1.5 miles to get there. The girl told me that I could purchase a bottled water and she could pour it into a cup for me but she couldn’t give me tap water.

I didn’t have my wallet with me because I wasn’t expecting to go to Chiller Bee today after school pickup (a mom from the school invited us last minute and paid for my son’s yogurt). I didn’t want to ask the mom to also pay for a bottled water for my dog so we went without any water before the hot walk home. Thought asking for a small cup of tap water was a pretty simple request especially after we paid for five yogurts. Apparently not the case at Chiller Bee. Very poor customer service.

The workers are divine! The yogurt even better!!!! With ooey gooey toppings and EXQUISITE flavors! They don’t have very many options but they do have heart. The bathroom is so clean i would lick the toilet seat, LOL!! Perfect place to go to with the little ones or with the gals! I hope you consider chiller beez!!??

Best place for fro yo in the woodlands. I love the flavors they have and the topping station is always fresh and clean. Service is great and I love coming here ?

Just amazing!! The staff is so nice! It is a very well known place with lots of different flavors. They switch flavors every week (I think) and there is a flavor for everybody. I only like the sweetest while my sister only likes the blandest and basic flavors. We look up to going there because we know that there are flavors for the both of us to enjoy.
Another good thing about chiller bees is that they have punch cards. On the punch cards, every time you buy a bowl, you get one punch. When you get 10 punches on the card, you get the 11th one free!!!

Kid-friendliness: So kid friendly! When I go, I always see so many kids with smiles on their faces. It's such an enjoyable place!

Amazing frozen yogurt with a bunch of toppings!

We went to try this frozen yogurts and we were so happy because they have tons of flavors and toppings!

Also de make dairy free and sugar free yogurt ice cream so it’s perfect to have a healthy snack!

If you’re looking for a narrow hallway to stand in for 20 mins along with 20 other folks waiting for your turn to put toppings on your melted froyo…this is the place.

Yogurt taste (no matter what you get) is basically okay, nothing out of the ordinary. The night we were there (08/05/24), their credi card processor wasn't working. Two high school age girls working the counter. To their credit, they were doing the best they could. No apparent sign of anyone else there, certainly no "manager" in sight. People were getting frustrated, walking out, due to unbelievably long wait. This, in my opinion, is a sign of owner/manager not caring enough to ensure employees have what they need to provide expected level of service. Maybe just a one-off night, but certainly didn't leave a good impression with us. Won't be in a hurry to go back.
