I was very reluctant to come here after seeing all the negative reviews, but when I got here I didn’t experience any issues at all. Staff was professional, caring and kind. I asked them about the negative reviews and was pleased with their transparency. Ok first of all I came in the hospital during hurricane Beryl and it was a mad house!! The nurses were amazing and moved as swiftly as all conditions permitted!! I was transferred to my room 0n the sixth floor and had care from Claudia who was outstanding and caring and helped me thoroughly !! I want to thank her !! she went above and beyond to make me comfortable and my care!! She shined for Memorial Herman!!
