I’ve never really had an issue with CRUMBL but this time was nasty. I tried contacting the store and still haven’t heard anything a week later. After eating half the cookie I pulled out a blonde long hair cooked into the cookie. Very nasty. I would be careful with this location.

Visiting this store never disappoints of course when I wait too late to get a weekly favorite and they’re out is my ONLY complaint! When you visit this store EVERY encounter you can expect the greatest customer service experience as well expectations to be served the most delicious desserts!
