Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse

I had a large group of 16 people for lunch. They had the table set and ready for us when we arrived. We enjoyed the variety of food for the buffet. Definitely coming back.

Service was bad and brought out burn banana and food services was horrible and took more than 5 minutes to get meat.

This restaurant has clearly declined from what it once was. Despite having a reservation, we were seated and then left waiting for more than 10 minutes without so much as a greeting, a server, or even a glass of water. That set the tone for the entire evening. The salad bar was messy and in obvious need of attention. Our server seemed completely unprepared, returning to our table multiple times because she couldn't remember or accurately explain the featured cocktail. The silverware was so bent it was unusable, and instead of apologizing when we requested replacements, the staff seemed offended that we asked. No customer should have to eat with damaged utensils. Throughout the meal, we repeatedly had to ask for clean plates, drink refills, and water. Basic table service should not require constant reminders. We were so disappointed with the overall experience that we skipped dessert—normally our favorite part of dining here. The one bright spot was Dave, the gentleman who prepares the tableside specialty cocktails. He was the only person who provided genuine hospitality and awareness. At one point, he noticed we had not been given fresh plates and brought them to us himself. He was, without question, the only five-star part of the experience. The meats were very good, but the sides were not. The mashed potatoes were runny, and the plantains were overcooked and mushy. This was once one of our favorite restaurants, but after three consecutive visits with virtually the same disappointing experience, we've decided we're done. This isn't about one bad night—it's about a consistent decline in service, attention to detail, and overall quality. Management needs to take a hard look at what's happening because this restaurant is no longer delivering the level of dining experience its reputation and prices promise. You have to do better.

Everything was pretty OK, but the speed of the service was super slow. They only come to our table like three times and that's it.

Really great time! The only thing I noticed was if you leave your card on red fro a while, they want o take your plate and assume your finished. But you can go get another plate! Great time, just felt a little rushed to get in and get out

I have visited this place on numerous occasions and usually I have an awesome experience with the food. This time the chefs must have had an off night. The potatoes were room temperature meats were over or under cooked. I would visit again because I've experienced better service before.

Our waitress was excellent with us and even offered us a complimentary dessert for celebrating 12th wedding anniversary

Tiesta was a fantastic server. We were a large group and from the moment I got there she was patient and later explained the menu and served us with grace and great timing.
