The location is under new ownership I believe, and the staff has been trained very well. They are all super friendly every time no matter when you come in, they greet you and come by your table if you need anything. Much better than chipotle in terms of price and food

For how much these bowels cost , the meat size is INSANE ! it’s literally tiny cubbed Baby legos are larger then the chop on the meat and then to charge an EXTRA 3 per school is INSANE seeing that it’s literally rice

I would rate this location a 5+ for the food alone, but the staff went above and beyond catering for my daughter’s wedding this weekend! They are genuinely a great group of people who made me feel 100% comfortable that the food and service would be amazing! They did not disappoint at all!! We are beyond grateful!!

We enjoyed our lunch at Freebirds today. The restaurant was clean, the service was friendly and helpful. While we were eating we had a staff member come by and check on us to make sure we were doing ok and didn’t need anything. The temperature in the restaurant was great and it wasn’t too loud, so we were able to carry on a conversation without having to shout over music.The food was delicious and I was as glad the staff mentioned the new low carb tortilla. We are looking forward to going back again. I appreciate and notice things like a clean table, bathroom or floors when eating out lately. It seems like it is getting harder and harder to find that, especially at quick service restaurants. Good job to the staff at Freebirds!

I tried the lacation in the Woodlands because the location in Conroe is horrible.I arrived and had to wait in line 6 1/2 mins to get served. They had an insufficient number of workers. I ordered a steak monster, and they were out of steak. Had to wait an additional 8 mins. till the steak was ready. I ordered 2 monsters, and they said that they had to do them one at a time. However, I've had other workers in the past at other FreeBirds prepare 2 at the same time. I was misled.The food was cold by the time I got it home. Another sad day at FreeBirds.
