I really wanted to like this place because their coffee options are good and the coffee shop itself is really cute. But I’ve had so many negative interactions with the staff here that I just don’t wanna come back. I’ve been in the industry for years. If you can’t handle customer service, work BOH. Dishwasher, prep, line cook. Get off the register.
Stopped to grab a coffee for the first time on our way to the Cactus Flower Boutique with a friend yesterday. I ordered the Golden Hour Matcha, and she ordered a Dirty Chai. Delicious coffee and great customer service from the barista at the counter. Looking forward to try other drinks from their menu.
We stopped by here one afternoon to simply check this place out and grab some tea. I left with a lot more than just tea. This place is superb! The atmosphere, the staff, the quality of the coffees & teas are unlike anything I’ve found in and around this area. For example: we got 2 different pour-over teas (they take 6 minutes to properly brew and it was worth every moment of the wait), one was a rose lavender honey green tea that was mind blowing it was so good.
