I hadn’t been yet until now, but after going I’d say Tris is probably tied with Trulucks for the best restaurant in the woodlands. Great happy hour menu and service. Get the bread pudding for dessert. The hostess Monica is super thoughtful and kind as well.
The short summary is good food, small portions for price, slow food service, very loud but great server.
I will preface this by saying that the ambiance is probably better than what we experienced as we had a very loud table of 3 couples next to us that clearly were drinking too much. In this type of establishment the volume of this table was ridiculous. Now our server Thomas was amazing with recommendations, refills, etc. The food service though is very slow...

If you want to spend a bunch of cash on great food, come here.
Parking is sparse, and signage for parking is lacking. Customer service does not meet the expense though. The food is fantastic
