It's really annoying to have to wait 30 minutes in line for the wrong order multiple times the cheese is usually not melted it comes with lettuce and tomato when you ask it to not have lettuce and tomato it comes with onion when you ask it to not have onion. can we get the order right twice in a row that would be wonderful that's all I want two times in a row for the order to be correct. that's never happened and I don't think it can happen and I don't it will happen

We stopped in here at the Woodlands location at close to midnight. My first time here and we saw a California plates in front of us. ?Service was fast, likely because it was so late.Burger was awesome!Fries were unfortunately chewy and dry, almost like they had been reheated in a microwave. NOT good?Hopefully it was a one time issue. I will come again and see if they are fresh.

The cheeseburger was good, but not exceptional. A bit thin for a hamburger paddy. The fries were fresh and crispy. Service was very friendly and price for single cheeseburger/fries/med soft drink under $9.00, so keeping to costs comparable to all other fast food burger joints!

This is a great new location for a legendary restaurant chain. The lines are long, but service was surprisingly fast due to the diligent staff. The food was fresh and tasty with the In-N-Out flavor that is expected. I thoroughly enjoyed my burger as much here as I do at the locations in LA. This was by far the best tasting Texas location I have tried so far.
