She shook her head no. How are yall close at 10:45 and yall don't close until 12. DO NOT EVER GET FAVOR OR TAKE OUT FROM THIS LOCATION. 0 stars for this place food was warm not fresh.I order a #2 burger meal for lunch.Woke up in the middle of the night to a very bad stomach ache.Lets just say that this got me stuck to the toilet for an hr or 2...definitely something wasn't right at all with the burger.Wish they would shut down this jack in the box!!!!!Worse one ever!!Avoid going to this location at all cost.Just go to chicfila next door way better than this dump!

It was a very average experience, at a very average price. Everything was to be expected. Nothing was particularly good nothing was bad. I will be back for more eventually. It did seem like the AC needed to be fixed though.

There was a power outage after the storm in my area, every restaurant was busy. Jack in the Box was busy, but they kept the line moving. It's been awhile since I've had Jack in the Box, and I was starving lol. Friendly and polite service, I received my order quickly. It was worth it to stop by.

The location in Hempstead Tx is horrible. From the service all the way to the food. All of the staff was standing around conversations instead of taking orders through the drive thru. It was only one car at the window waiting and I waiting over 12 mins to place and order for something. I ask and the staff is going to say do not honk at me, and wouldn't take my order not knowing what was going on behind me at the time. I made the wise and yes better yet choice to go to a much nicer and very excellent location with great staff.
