My kids love going to this candy shop. It’s becoming a sweet treat at the end of a long week. We love getting the candy by the pound because the kids can pick a little bit of everything. The owner has always been nice to my boys, even my one who always asks 100 questions.
The young man who waited on us was a great representative of the logo. He made spending a crap load of $$$ on expensive treats acceptable.
Jordan’s Sweet Shop has been an absolute favorite spot for my family to visit for years. We have been going there since we moved here over 8 years ago. The owner and his entire staff are amazing to deal with. They always have quality products and deliver a smile to my family on every visit, guaranteed!!
Update response to the owner: we totally understand that things like this are beyond the stores control but like you said it’s only $1.45 so why not just allow an exchange to make it right. And yes my son was crying outside so my mom walked back in to exchange while I stayed with him. From what I can see on all of your low rating responses you are a very angry person and need some classes in customer service.
We bought a ring pop in the shape of a teddy bear opened it right outside the store and realized it was all melted and not even on the ring anymore. So we brought it back in and asked to exchange but they would not allow it. I understand it’s not that big of a deal but I would expect more from a company to make it right. Not fun dealing with a crying 5 year old that doesn’t understand why we can’t just exchange.
The way this owner spoke to my wife is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. So disrespectful, just read his responses to other reviews.
I will never visit again. Neither will my wife or family.
On Wednesday 2/11/26 bought a hard candy pop for 5yr old & opened it outside of store door and realized it had Melted in package. Took it back in to exchange it. Store manager would not exchange due to there policy’s. If a product is damaged it should be returned or exchanged. He said he couldn’t. Very poor management. Most items are overpriced anyway! Done
Future customers Please check items in package before leaving store. Not good a manager
Owner is very rude. Stares at you the entire time while you’re browsing the store as if you’re going to steal something. Very over priced as well. Won’t be taking my kids back there ever again.
Bad service 😢
I always try to take my daughter to local mom-and-pop stores to teach her the importance of supporting our community.
Unfortunately, today’s experience was a reminder that kindness should go both ways. The salesperson’s attitude and the owner’s tone were disappointing especially in front of my little one.
I’ll continue to support small businesses, but I won’t be returning to this one. It’s just as important for my daughter to learn that while we should lift others up, we must also value ourselves and never let anyone make us feel small.
These review comebacks are hilarious, keep it up Jordan lmao

Please do not come to this candy shop. The manager here is very rude especially when me and my friend overload candy because then me and my friend get overcharged. Stay away from this candy shop and go to the Candy House at Glen Loch in the Woodlands instead.
nice shop
Store clerk is not very helpful, and there is no sugar free candy.
I stopped by to get chocolates for my girlfriend and the owner was knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me pick out just the right thing.
I drove an hour to their store and it was closed at 8p and on Google their store says open till 9pm. This was a huge let down especially on Valentines day. Thanks for NOTHING!!!
