I originally ordered online. Upon arriving at the store to pick up my order to my surprise there were some miscommunications between the app and the store. I understand it was not the store's fault in the matter. I contacted customer support they were not able to assist me. This KFC location has undergone a remarkable transformation in both service and overall experience. A few years back, I visited this particular restaurant and was met with dismal customer service and unsatisfactory cleanliness, which left a lasting negative impression. However, I decided to give it another chance a couple of months ago, and I was pleasantly surprised by the drastic improvement.
