Very disappointing experience for what was supposed to be my husband’s birthday dinner.

I made a birthday reservation, yet when we arrived no one acknowledged it. After being seated, I noticed the table wasn’t even prepared for two guests. I had to go back to the host stand myself to ask if they saw the birthday note on the reservation. The 2 hosts seemed unsure and had to check the screen. Even after confirming it, not one employee or our server acknowledged the birthday all night.

Our server never introduced himself, or asked if we were celebrating anything special, seemed rushed, and acted annoyed when I asked questions about the menu. Meanwhile, he was laughing and being very friendly with other tables.

The biggest disappointment was the $100 mishima wagyu steak my husband ordered. It was extremely chewy, not edible and to top It off not the correct steak he ordered. When the server saw the untouched plate there was no apology, no attempt to make it right other than taking it off the tab, and no manager came by to address the issue or apologize for the inconvenience.

We were friendly and polite the entire evening and never complained, yet no one seemed to care about our experience. I was honestly embarrassed that I chose this restaurant for such a special occasion.

When customers are spending this kind of money, they deserve good food, attentive service, and staff who genuinely care. We will not be returning and would not recommend anyone wasting their money on this restaurant especially for any special celebration.

Food was very good. Service was attentive. The place is a little old school and could possibly use a refreshing to look less dated. But all in all, it was a very positive experience and the food was outstanding. I would visit again for a special business or personal occasion.

Food was alright. But for 150 dollars a person the service was awful. Still holding the menu after an hour. Waited on drinks for 20 mins.
