Service is non Existent, food was buffet quality. It is extremely overpriced for what it is. The menu is terrible, not kid friendly at all. It was an all around terrible dining experience.

Fun and tasty experience! A robot delivers your drinks to the table. Small portions of food go along the conveyor next to each table and you can grab what you'd like to try. If you see other things on the menu that aren't going around the conveyor, you can order directly and those ordered items will come to your table on a separate converyor. We really enjoyed trying a wide variety of items. Everything was fresh and tasty.
Most plates, when finished, go into a plate return at your table. As plates are returned, it keeps track of your plate total. Once you reach 15 plates, a prize ball drops down (ours had a sticker in it). Another prize ball is released at 25 returned plates.
Note that larger groups will need to split to more than one table. Our party of 9 split to 2 tables.
Very expensive
Food is ok- cute place clean
Servers were kind
But there were empty plates on the belt
No food hardly
So we just had to grab whatever
Beware these plates are 3.50 each and they add up quick
I won’t be returning.

I was hoping for a little better experience. I was a solo diner. It started off ok. I arrived at about 8pm, and I knew they were closing at 9pm. So I wasn't expecting a full line of plates, but there was plenty to chose from. I got a water to drink and had to ask the staff for some wasabi. I ordered some rolls and sashimi off the menu. I was close to finishing and order a hand roll at 8:25p. A waitress came by and let me know if should put in orders as the kitchen closed at 8:45. So I put in an order for 2 more hand rolls and waited. At 8:45 I asked for server help and someone came a few minutes later. I ask about the rolls and she said she'd go check but thought the kitchen was short on rice. Finally at 9p another server came back and I had to let her know the situation. She said they were out of rice. She would discount my bill, which she did by 20%. But why didn't someone say anything instead of letting me site there for roughly 30 minutes? A bit of a disappointment. The food I had was ok.
So much fun to bring the family. Food it great!

Clean well kept restaurant. Fresh quality nagri options. Rotating menu of Kura reserve specials. Boku pon games. Very cool concept. Just go and have fun with it. The sushi options are excellent. Great fries and udon. The staff are super friendly. Japanese restrooms. Fun atmosphere. Really enjoyed it.
Place closes at 9pm, but the kitchen closes way sooner than 9. I work in a restaurant, costumer are our first priority regardless of the time. Crazy to think that the kitchen is only open until 30 minutes before closing. I will be coming back because the atmosphere is amazing, but the hospitality is a bust.

Upon entering, a server led us to a table which was sticky and dirty. I asked for a different table and we were given a table which was slightly less dirty. Seriously, everything is dirty. Bits of food and stickiness on the table. The little chute where you slide your plates (it counts them and calculates your bill) was filthy; there was literally a shrimp tail sticking out of it. The tiny little soy sauce bottle (only one, no low sodium) was sticky; I tried to clean it with their thin napkins. And about the soy sauce bottle; you can't pour soy sauce out of it; you have to pump it in tiny little squirts. The square container that contained the sliced ginger was dirty. And, no wasabi unless you push the button to call the server and ask for it, and it is the most obviously imitation wasabi you will ever see. Oh, what about the actual sushi? Well, when you can manage to find a plate that actually has sushi on it on the conveyor belt (most of them are empty), it will be mediocre to poor. The bill for the 3 of us (25 plates, 2 free waters, one $4.10 diet cola, 10% tip): $112

Want to appreciate the staff for a good quality time for me and my partner and friend. There was absolutely plenty variety for the three of us, not even mentioning the cost too. Staff members were always checking up on us even when there’s a assist button on the on the screen where you order. If you ever want to explore new options for your taste buds and wanting to try something new, i highly recommend this place!

This young, tall and handsome asian man changed my life! His rolls were top tier. You can tell he’s asian by the way his hands glaze over the rolls with such precision and care. But please, no more matcha
