The managers and staff watched us struggle with the door, trays, flatware and dishes...
I had lunch with an elderly woman on a weekday. She requires walking assistance and guidance, and is unable to carry her own tray or beverage.
I privately communicated our needs to a manager about carrying our trays to a table but none was offered even after I asked the cashier for some help getting to a table.
Very poor customer service.
