Amazing food! The waiters are very attentive and nice. They make sure your experience is as good as the food. Ask for Polo as your server and he will not disappoint. We get the caldo de res which is soup and it's the best I've had in Texas.
They really need to update this restaurant, especially because of its location. There were 18 of us, and we had one waitress that clearly couldn't handle it or didn't care. She was older, but it wasn't her age exactly. It was her lackadaisical attitude. She knew she was guaranteed a tip and simply didn't care that this was my son's graduation dinner and that it was important to give good service. We gave her the bare minimum tip. Which was stupid on her...
Service is equally important as food cost/quality.
Our Service was very intermittent. Just when I thought we had a good waiter, he also became the bartender, only to not return . They had plenty of staff trying to look busy, but we're not.
The FOH girl needs to learn how to seat people. The resturant was not busy , but sat us by the kitchen. Lots of traffic and noisy. There where plenty of open seats. Not professional. I understand...
