About 3 months ago my pizza took over three hours to arrive and customer service was terrible. It's been 3 months so I thought I'd try again. Sure enough, we're close to 3 hours. The manager said the driver locked the keys in their car and he would credit me back. He had no idea when the pizza would get here and had no idea what kind of condition it would be in. WHO SAYS THAT! He also said that pick up is easier for them... so why do they offer delivery?

I ordered a pizza last night 15 minutes before they closed. According to my "Pizza Tracker" they are still making my pizza at 10:45 the next morning. Terrible customer service!! Save your time and money and order from Domino's!
