Our pizza didn’t have enough cheese nor meat. It was all in the center, was not spread enough or I should say didn’t have enough to spread. Was mostly crust. Never ordering from them again. Learn to make pizza!!!

Worst experience ever! My pizza was literally missing a slice! Second pizza was missing toppings and toppings were just thrown in one or two slices! Tried to call store multiple time but no one answered the call! I think the employee just eat one of the slice from my pizza!

If I could give this particular Pizza Hut location ZERO stars I would. We have been ordering from this location for years because it is the closest & only one that delivers to our home. They get the order wrong 50+% of the time, but we put up with it because we are hungry, or because the store offers some type of meaningless reparation to make up for the inconvenience. On several occasions they have lost our order and we had to go pick up replacement orders without even an explanation as to what happened. The District Manager for this location won't return calls or complaints, there is a new manager weekly, and the food service is terrible. Today we ordered a Pepperoni Lover's Pizza & Breadsticks... I will attach pictures of what they advertise versus what we received. You be the judge. We are done with Pizza Hut. DO NOT ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT ON COLLEGE PARK IN THE WOODLANDS TX. It is clear which photos are the "Advertised" items and what we actually received. Both of ours were undercooked, greasy & had soggy dough ....just nasty!

When we picked up our order, they did not include the breadsticks that we had purchased. Thankfully I checked before we left the parking lot.I went inside to tell them that they were missing and they said it would be a 5 minute wait for them to make them. I asked if there was any way they could compensate me for the mistake now that I have to wait longer for what I ordered so they offered free wings and said they would take 6 minutes to cook. Ok, sounds great. Both items should be ready around the same time.It took almost 10 minutes to get the breadsticks… I asked about the wings and it wasn’t until then that they put them in the fryer to cook! So I waited another 10+ minutes to get the wings. By then, my pizza and other food (and my toddlers) had been sitting in my car for over 25 minutes, waiting for the restaurant to fix their original mistake.I was hoping for an easy dinner, but won’t be choosing this restaurant the next time I’m in the area.

I initially had a bad experience at this pizza hut with my order, I was sent an email and gave my review. I was then contacted by the store manager he apologized and offered me a store credit, I recently tried to order again from this store to give them a second chance to make it right, to make a long story short I was given the run around never received the store credit, bad business and bad management I'm done with pizza hut for good, do your self a favor and save your money.

It will say it out for delivery but take an hour to get to my house and I’m less than a mile away. Customer service sucks!! Finally got my pizza and it’s burnt too. I’m never ever ever ever ordering from Pizza Hut again. Do better Pizza Hut!!

Disgusting and very unprofessional. The employees were standing outside talking while we waited for our order. The order was ready and sitting on the counter in the back getting cold while he stood outside and talked to his buddy. So the other employee comes straight from outside without washing his hands and starts prepping food. I’ll never come here again. They should be shut down.
