Update! After seeing the response below, I reached out. The first time they never responded. The second time they said they were referring my message to the location’s manager. Still no response. So apparently they post responses to make it look like they want to make it right. They don’t. Don’t waste your time or money here!

Terrible experience! There of us arrived for mid-afternoon. They were not busy. The hostess acted like she was high as a kite. She walked through the entire place before finally halfway showing us our table. The waiter had to be flagged down every time we needed anything; even to order. Our food was skimpy compared to the options at the Heights location. It also was not very good. My Brussels sprout salad didn’t have a single Brussels sprout in it and the toast with our appetizer was burnt. When we were getting in our car to leave, 2 wait staff walked out of the front door, presumably getting off of their shifts. One was our waiter. He loudly proclaimed as he walked out that he “feel like I have regained my will to live!” As he walked out. We will NOT be back.

At Positano, we ordered a meat and cheese board that was easily enough to share among four people. We did ask for extra bread, and they were more than happy to bring us some. We also tried the West Coaster Panini and the Prosciutto Brie Panini, both of which were delicious. Highly recommend stopping by for a fresh and satisfying lunch!

I came in with my mom and grandma today for lunch for the first time and everything was great! The place is beautiful and everyone there is so welcoming. I don’t remember all of our servers names but they were so helpful and gave great recommendations. I had the espresso flirtini (mocktail) and it was so delicious! For lunch I chose the select 2 option and I got half of the Italian beef panini with half of their Caesar salad and it did not disappoint! Will definitely be back with some of my girlfriends for a day/night out.

Always love postinos in the Woodlands. The $6 glasses of wine before 5pm is a great deal. The service is always amazing and the boards are always amazing.

I could see where this place has enormous potential but they are failing at a few things terribly. The atmosphere, the vibe and location, other than for parking, is great. Menu is unique and most of the items come presented well and taste fresh. The biggest issue is their service. It’s simply is well below a place with this kind of pricing and ambiance.
I had read reviews prior to booking the reservation for our group so I was somewhat aware of this - but expecting, based upon management’s responses, that it would be improved. We booked the place as a result of our party girl requesting this place. It was simply a group of 7. Items we ordered came in intervals, drinks like tea came after multiple request and getting drink refills, other than water was happenstance if at all. We had made the manager aware in advance that it was a birthday gathering. We asked if they did anything for the birthday person to which she said yes. Well, even with the large Happy Birthday ballon on the table no one ever provided the recognition that was suppose to occur.
You can have it all together but if cannot provide reasonable service then you will eventually lose enough clientele to drown. There are to many other choices, especially in this area.

We had a great time at Postino’s! We tried the Tuesday deal $25 that comes with a bottle of wine and a charcuterie board, and it was such a good value. The place is very nice and cozy, and the customer service was excellent.
Perfect spot to relax, enjoy good wine, and share some bites. We will definitely be back! 🍷🧀

Had lunch here with my friends, the portions are very satisfying not too small nor big. Great appetizer boards. Overall a great place to eat for a light lunch.
