I definitely recommend but have some reservations.
My family moved to grogans mill and I was excited to have a bar/pub so close to home (literally walking distance from my house) with delicious food, good drinks, sports on every tv, bar games to play, and good service… but is it a bar or not? My husband and I came in at 9 pm on a Thursday to watch hockey with another couple and there were children under 13 playing on the video games. Cool maybe they’re finishing up and will go home soon, it’s summer after all and family friendly during the day. 10 oclock rolls around and still kids in the bar. 1030 rolls around and I said screw it, it’s bar hours, in a bar, late at night. We put music on the jukebox ordered more drinks and started playing pool, I played a lizzo song, and my friend played cardi b, again at 1030 PM on a Thursday. The music might suck to some folks but too bad I paid for it so I’ll listen to it. Someone (dad I presume, probably works there or is a regular enough to have access to the jukebox) turned off the juke box because there were kids in the place, and the music was explicit. why are there kids in a bar at 1030 at night?!! I get it’s family friendly during the day and I’ve even brought my kids here to eat and play. I know kids are allowed to exist in public spaces, no problem with that. I’m a pediatric nurse and a mom of 3, so at some point on my nights off where I got a whole babysitter, at 1030 PM I want to be able to go to my neighborhood sports bar to watch hockey and drink, and I don’t want to be around kids, having to tailor the music I listen to and my behaviors because of the kids that should be at home in bed. They need to establish a time where it’s an adult bar vs a family restaurant and enforce it. I feel like if I go in after 9 I should be able to play darts, take shots, and listen to lizzo if I want to and not be pushed out because someone wants to have their kids out at a bar.
But I digress, their steak nights are a great special, the service is great, the beer is cold, the games are fun, and the food is delicious. I will be back many times, despite the fact that there might be kids in the bar late at night.

My brother and I used to be regulars here and I have spent probably $400 a month, one time I ordered a fish and chips dinner, received only fish, I asked about the fry’s she said it doesn’t come with fry’s, I would have to wait again if I want fry’s. I talked to the owner about the false advertisement for fish and chips, he just ignored us, so we never went back again. Customers don’t matter.

Ronny G's is a local sports bar where neighbors meet to watch their favorite sporting events while eating a good meal and good drinks.
The owner makes rounds to all the tables, making sure the customers are satisfied. The waitstaff is personable, and the service is exceptional. There are plenty of activities for customers. They have pool tables, darts, shuffleboard, and video golf games. Children are always welcome as this establishment is family friendly.

Its a great place and people are friendly but sometimes when its slow the servers forget to serve. A couple times i’ve walked in and sat down and no one took my drink order or said hi after several minutes so I just left :/

This is my second time coming here, the first time I felt seen I was waited on but today I did not get the same energy. I barely received the glass of wine, no one ever came back in and asked me if I wanted anything to eat or any water. I felt isolated in this establishment. I will not recommend that to anybody. Yes there were people that did not look like me in there who were accommodated, and that kind of sucks. It's 2025 grow up! I hope the next person that looks different then the normal crowd is treated better.

The food is all made in house! First visit here after having a terrible experience at another locally owned pub/ grill close by with a dog as its logo ha! The bartender was so sweet and attentive! She made the best old fashioned! 10/10 recommend
I have never written a review like this before, but my boyfriend and I wanted to try this place out as it was nearby and a small local business on March 7th around 6:30 PM. We sat and were immediately greeted and asked what we wanted to drink. We both ordered waters, but I said specifically "I'll take a water for now". That indicates we were ordering more, just not at that moment...right? After we received the waters, our waitress walked away without acknowledging us. We then sat for an additional 15 minutes, watching her serve others and walk past us, giving out checks. Not once did she speak to us again. We then decided to just walk out and leave, to which we could see her clear our table within seconds from my car. So she could notice us when we walked out, but not serve us at any point before that? I was baffled. I could understand if the restaurant was busy, but it was quite calm for a Friday evening and many people around us were not even eating.

I am from Chicago so I came here for the Italian Beef sandwich. It was tasty but unfortunately did not meet the standard that I am accustomed to in Chicago. This is the only reason I have given the rating I have. I will say it is a cool place to hang out.

Super fun place to visit. While I’ve never eaten there the food looks and smells delectable! Awesome staff. Yummy drinks and the shuffleboard, pool table, and dart games are SO much fun! Please visit, you won’t be disappointed!

My sister and I have been coming to this restaurant now for six months. The food is absolutely fantastic. We’ve never had a bad meal. It’s family oriented, no smoking, great service and the best food in town for very reasonable prices. It is located in the little strip center right in front of Walmart on Sawdust Road in the Woodlands. This restaurant is absolutely a hidden gem.
