Salata has a “server-based” salad bar. One walks through choosing greens, veggies, cheeses, pasta, some fruits, proteins, toppings, dressings, soups and breads. There is a size choice as well. I ordered a small salad, which was by no means small. Plenty of my requests. My diet is currently restricted, however, I did not feel slighted in the least! The restaurant is clean, open with lots of space to move around. Restrooms clean, as well. I will return!

I’ve been coming here for years. It’s a great little restaurant. The women who work here are sweethearts. I’ve watched them “tolerate” some unpleasant customers and they remained calm and got the job done. It’s really sad to see how some people in the woodlands area treat these hard working women.

Great place to eat when I travel. I should come here more often. Lots of choices of greens and lots of toppings to make a filling and delicious salad. Salad dressings have been pretty good have not had one I hated.
Salata in general is one of my favorite places to eat but this location is extra nice. Makes me feel like I am on vacation when I eat here and the food is so good and fresh.

It's like subway, but you build your own salad. It's a little bit pricey considering what you get. Surprise, it's salad.

Wish I'd tried this long ago. Portions controlled and served by staff. Not a customer accessible buffet. One price per bowl, not by weight. Many, many choices of salad items,including beets,nuts,both the common and less common vegetables..extra charge for protei items. Only negative is that on two recent visits, lacking used table wiping, clean up, and they weren't that busy.
