It was my first time at the actual store, but it wasn't what I expected from the ones by where I live (Friendswood) never been to a store but refering to the actual taste. The donut holes we bought were hard...although the regular one were ok. Not impressed although I was excited when I arrived. ?♀️

Every Sunday we stop here to get an apple fritter and we also order a coconut cake. Every single Sunday they are SOLD OUT of coconut cake. Today we asked Why they don't make more if they always sell out? The kid says, pick another donut, that's the solution! So instead of selling more donuts, they are happy to turn away unsatisfied customers. Seems silly as the solution is quite simple.

Shipley’s Do-Nuts are always wet and soggy. But the Do-Nuts I got from here today were the wettest soggiest Donut’s I’ve ever had. I’m sure they didn’t put them under the faucet after they made them but it’s hard to believe they didn’t.
