First I will start with the atmosphere. When at the countertop, I saw a medium sized fly.
After ordering , which was easy my Dad tried to get ice, yet barely any came out so He asked the girl at the countertop who was nice to get Him ice for his diet coke. On a Thursday from 5-7 apparently they're supposed to have live music and there was not. We did come on a Thursday for supper and we were there at 6:03 PM. Fresh, comforting, and full of flavor! The pho had a rich, aromatic broth with tender ingredients, while the grilled dishes added a delicious smoky touch. A cozy spot for a satisfying Vietnamese meal.
Simply Pho is simply the best. Our favorites are from the Vietnamese menu, although they have a large variety of Chinese and Thai options as well.
The Pork bahn mi and bahn boa are so delicious with fresh ingredients and that great bread. They also serve a wide variety of teas, milks, smoothies and boba!
The proprietor and chef, Thao is always so nice, and knows us by name. Usually knows exactly what I’m about to order when I call in!
