This is my first negative review ive ever posted in the woodlands but sweet green the woodlands… we deserve better…… It’s the slowest most lethargic counter service restaurant I’ve ever experienced. I feel like all the staff don’t give af or are either high af. Don’t even bother calling. I compare this to a DMV. They can do whatever they want, as slow as they want, be as rude as they want and no ones going to do a thing. Over it.

If you want an extremely upset stomach, eat here. I ate from this Market Street location and ordered something different all 3 separate times I visited/ordered from here that upset my stomach. Last night was the final straw. I was in some of the worst stomach pain of my life and it went on from 6:30pm to 2:30 am. I ate around 6pm. The first two times I really thought, maybe it was just what I chose that just didn't sit well with me? But, I'm not known to have any food sensitivities of any kind because I will make the same types of food at home and be perfectly fine.

My stomach pains those first two times weren't as bad but they still hurt. I forgave it and decided to just try again something I'm used to having there that doesn't normally upset my stomach. After having three different menu items and it resulting in me being in pain, it's clear they're not following food handling procedures properly. Goodness, especially after seeing bugs in another negative review here! Makes me want to throw up.

I am never, ever again eating at sweetgreen - none of them. Actually, this experience made me lose all faith in the food service industry and we are at a final turning point of only eating at home.

For context about what I ate: the first time I had the Caramelized Garlic Steak bowl. The second time I actually can't remember which dish I had but I still had an upset stomach after. The third time, last night, I had the Miso Glazed Salmon and that was the absolutely worst. I had diarrhea, tons of gas so I was burping and farting all night. I lost so much sleep from the pain. I did not stop using the toilet seriously until 2:30 am until I could FINALLY fall asleep. This happened IMMEDIATELY after I ate sweetgreen so I know it was 100% sweetgreen's fault. Such a waste of money!!! Never again.

This review is staying up for good.

This place is so good! I ordered the Maple Glazed Brussels and Chicken Plate and it was amazing! I loved everything about it. It’s a unique mix of foods of which I wouldn’t have thought about mixing up as a bowl, but dang they work well together. The hot honey sauce isn’t too spicy, but just the right amount. Definitely recommend!

Love this place! But every single time I go in, I feel like they prioritize online orders over physical customers. There is always a wait behind them making online orders - it just gets frustrating!

I wouldn’t know if the food is 5 star. I was going to try it for the first time today. I ordered online to pick up on my lunch break and as soon as I checked out it said the store wasn’t accepting online orders right now and that a refund would be issued to my card in 10 days. So instead of getting lunch, I got charged $17 for nothing. I wish it would have told me that before I went through creating an account, ordering, and getting charged. If I ever do get to try this place, I’ll update my review.

Two seconds after hitting send on a group order, I just needed to make a minor adjustment to an order (dressing on the side), and could not reach a human. Texting service only allows you to cancel the entire order, phone tree hangs up if you don't text. I love your food but am frustrated enough with this complete lack of reachability to never order from you again.

My wife and I ordered food from here which unfortunately contained bugs. They do not wash their produce, nor greens correctly at this location. I spoke with the manager who seemed to have better things to do than address the issue which is disappointing. I would avoid this location unless you want to eat potentially dangerous food that hasn't been cleaned per the ANSI Food Handling Standards.

This is hands down my favorite salad spot! I’ve been coming here for years and always recommend giving their salads a try. I like to switch it up with something new every visit, and every salad I've had has been amazing.
