I ordered a CURBSIDE pickup, and arrived about 5 minutes after it said it would be ready. I sat outside for a second and realized there is no curbside parking spots. Then went through the drive through hoping to just pick it up, I didn’t want to go inside as I had my dog with me and was in a hurry. Drive through said for curbside orders you have to go inside and pick up. What’s the point of curbside if it’s not curbside…. The staff was very rude, and not understanding, then took a while to get my food even though I could see it sitting on the counter. I’m very disappointed.

Got there on time to pick up my uber eats delivery . Nobody greeted or welcomed me . Waited for 15 minutes until someone asked me about my delivery pickup and they didn’t even make my order yet . For 15 minutes they made the drive through order only and skipped the delivery order. My customer already paid and placed an order 30 minutes prior my arrival and the staffs there did not care about it.

We went thru the drive thru and the last was nice. We got our food faster than we thought as there were a lot of cars in the drive thru. Food was okay but (haven't eaten here in quite awhile) the queso is different from what I remember. The queso tonight was thick and reminded me of Pancho's cheese.

placed a mobile order for curbside on a weeknight, after waiting in the parking lot for 10 minutes past the time the order should have been done, went inside and waited another 5-10 before being handed our order which ended up being incomplete. it was only an order of fries, and a dozen tortillas with salsa ranch. how hard is it to put sauce in a cup fr. the place was dead and there were 3-4 employees in the kitchen.

I ordered my food when I was at work, unfortunately I don't have a fixed time to go out to eat and I arrived later than the time I had to pick up my order and when I arrived they told me that they had already thrown away my food and in a very bad way I They did it again but they didn't give me my order but something that I hadn't ordered and I came back and they just said that it happened and I told them that I hadn't paid for what they gave me and they just made another order and it wasn't what I had ordered either, I don't know They took the time to check what was wrong 👎🏻 very bad service

This Taco Cabana is a bit of a hidden gem in the Woodlands. It's tucked away just a bit. GM of the restaurant waited on us ,very friendly guy. The food was very good. Not quite to the level of pre-covid yet but they're on the way. No music playing but compared to some others I've been to, that was a good thing. All in all, I would recommend them for breakfast or lunch any day. Place was was very clean!
Does nobody here work with a purpose? Literally watching them hate their job and moving as slow as humanly possible with multiple customers pacing.... 45 minutes! Not to mention i couldn't even put in an order till exactly 6am. Why can't I put in an order prior to that so it can be ready when it opens. The app won't even show breakfast prices outside of breakfast time. Never again.
UPDATE*** and they messed up my order!! I had 1 dozen bacon and egg and 1 dozen TCs way because I needed non pork options for my co workers and I was given ALL BACON AND EGGS! Late to work AND messed up my order.
I can not believe this food establishment is still operating. 1st off was super dark surrounding the building that I could not even see the humongous disgusting nail that punctured my tire that had to be replaced. Now with that being said Fries, Chicken Tacos and Mexican Pizza was my order. The quality of the product was about as horrible as the staff. Just Rude and the sour cream looked infected definitely just threw it out never would I ever need to return to this location I was skeptical at 1st anyways and they proved me Correct so.

I purchase a fajita chicken salad. I had about 6 pieces of lettuce, soggy chips, no salsa I asked for 4 times during the order. The customer service window worker was very rude. I will not return to this place again!!
