Placed an order by phone and it never came to my parking space. I went inside and noticed crowd of employees at the counter and went to wash my hands without being acknowledged. I returned and still waited to be acknowledged. Walked over to the seating desk who assured me I was waiting at the correct counter. Went to The Cheesecake Factory on a Tuesday around 2pm for my 4 year anniversary with my partner and honestly we had such a good experience. It wasn’t super busy at that time which made everything really nice and relaxing. I originally had a reservation but missed it, and thankfully it was still completely fine since they weren’t packed. I would still recommend reservations on busier days though based on other reviews I’ve seen.

Love the food! Only complaint is as a garlic lover, there's too much garlic since they use what seems to be a whole clove or two. And as someone who does not like cheesecake, I get one everytime I come.
