Let me begin by saying they I frequent Salata often. I’m a customer at least 3 stores and obviously I enjoy their product. With that said, I’m not sure what was bothering an employee that WAS NOT even serving me, but the person that was serving me was being QUITE SKIMPY on the toppings AND the dressing. So, I asked for more. Yes, the person serving me gave me more, but each time it was barely enough to fill the scoop! I ordered a regular salad and I wanted enough sauce to cover it all once they finished making it - I’ve had a dry salad before and had to use some Hidden Valley Ranch at home! So after asking for more (the third time) the employee that WAS NOT serving me says, “it’s going to be extra” and I said, “well it will be dry without it” and so she takes my salad and said that she will make me another - I was like, I DONT NEED ANOTHER. I just need a little more dressing. So, she says that it’ll be an extra charge and I was like whatever and ok. But I’m quite disturbed over the exchange. 1) You have a customer to deal with (it isn’t me) and 2) I don’t want my salad dry! IT WAS STILL DRY!!!!!!! Other than this moment, I’ve never had an issue with Salata - I’ve just left church so, I’m staying with Jesus, but I didn’t appreciate this situation.

The food was pretty good and the staff was helpful but I give them 2 stars because they only have single-use plastic cups and utensils for dine in customers. And if that weren't bad enough, they don't even offer plastic recycling for all this unnecessary waste they are creating. I will never go back. You can find a good salad at many other places without all the waste.

Had to place a group order for work and had a complicated order. Anna was so so sweet and so patient with me. I come in here on a weekly basis and Anna is the nicest server I've met here!

So salad was good as usual, but I think they changed the recipe on the broccoli soup. Seems a bit watered down from the last time, probably a corporate decision. I would like to see them clean the rr little to dirty for this early in the day.

Salata has a “server-based” salad bar. One walks through choosing greens, veggies, cheeses, pasta, some fruits, proteins, toppings, dressings, soups and breads. There is a size choice as well. I ordered a small salad, which was by no means small. Plenty of my requests. My diet is currently restricted, however, I did not feel slighted in the least! The restaurant is clean, open with lots of space to move around. Restrooms clean, as well. I will return!

Ruth is an exceptional employee. I had a terrible day, could not find any way to pick up my order as the area was VERY crowded on Friday evening. I called to say I couldn’t pick up my order and I didn’t know what to do. Ruth told me to just pull up out front and she would run it out to me. I did so in disbelief and not only did she do it but she was genuinely glad to and even crossed the street to get to me. It may seem silly but after a bad day her exceptional service made everything okay!!! Salata will get more of my business!!!

Love this place! Definitely the best salad place around. Ingredients are always fresh. The spicy chipotle ranch is amazing if you want a little bit of a kick to your salad. Their multi grain crescent rolls are great. Just wish they would have more out when I go. Even my 4 year old loves this place!

Great variety of salad options. The salad is made as you go through the line. The only thing I don't like is that it is confusing to find the location since it's located in a plaza and GPS doesn't help.

I'm trying to eat healthier. Less carbs, more veggies. How lucky I am to find this place right outside the door of my hotel! Love the concept: choose a salad and add fresh ingredients. Fair prices, fresh stuff. Salad was delicious. Why not five stars you might wonder. Well, the music is way too loud and the broccoli soup is too salty to be really healthy. Some tables were dirty. But other than that: well done Salata.

I stopped by about 4 o clock for a quick bite. I had a spinach wrap and it was so tasty. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The lobby is clean and comfortable. A happy experience to be sure.
