Love this place great energy and great coffee

An excellent shop. However, like too many others, there is a lack of indoor seating. Coffee, staff and location are outstanding.

Love Third Gen! I always try to stop by when I’m in the area. Had a lavender matcha latté and it was delicious! I’ve had matcha lattés that just feel heavy. Third Gen’s was a lighter latté that was very enjoyable. I also had a chocolate croissant that was really packed with chocolate, as opposed to other places where there’s so little chocolate inside the croissant. They have two floors of seating with the top floor giving more of a cozy feel with some sofas and armchairs.

I keep trying this place because so many people rave about it but I just don’t like the coffee at all. It has a bitter taste to it that makes it unenjoyable. I’m sorry. Still a nice locally owned cafe with seating and wifi to work/study.

Really enjoyed coffee here! I had a Cinnamon roll latte and would absolutely recommend it! Some of the best coffee I have ever had! I also had a ham and cheese croissant and it was a huge portion. Will definitely go back!

Ambiance: Aesthetically pleasing coffee shop with upstairs & downstairs seating tucked away in a small boutique shopping area off Sawdust. Open & airy - lots of industrial pieces combined with plants & art. There is also patio seating outside that is kid/dog friendly. Great spot for studying, working on your laptop, or meeting a friend for a morning coffee.

I love their frozen cold brew and my friend highly recommends the London Fog tea! Assortment of croissants and small bites available to purchase. Decent pricing for cafes in the area. Parking onsite & quick service. Highly recommend this quaint shop!
