I am so excited to have found this gem or a restaurant in The Woodlands! The staff was so welcoming and the restaurant itself was beautiful. But it was the selection of food that was incredible. The portions are very large so it’s best to have more people with you so everyone can share. I’m going to have to go back here because I just didn’t get to try everything I wanted. Can’t wait to tell everyone about this spot!

I’m only judging on the food and value. The portion is absolutely tiny. I got these three dishes and it ended up $53.04. The general Tso’s chicken is basically these small spongy chicken nuggets doused in overly sweet/ no other flavor “gen tso’s” sauce. It was soooooooooo not worth it. We went to Panda Express afterwards (should have went there from the get go).

People and food were very good. Atmosphere was nothing great but was clean and comfortable. Staff was very anxious to please and made lots of suggestions.
The menu was very true to traditional Chinese cooking. If you're an American Chinese food fan, this is NOT that. For my tastes, that limited my choices quite a bit. I was more adventurous than usual and was not in love with all my choices. However, a couple dishes were truly delightful.
If you're an adventurous eater or love authentic Chinese, you'll be very happy here. The staff truly aims to please and will go out of their way to do so.

Everything was so good. The staff was delightful and the dishes were delicious! The Chongqing soup was my favorite!! We also had the steamed dumplings and sweet/ sour pork ribs; both were very tasty. We will be coming back with friends to try the pig.

Hot tea served lukewarm, twice. Finally received hot tea on third try. Potstickers were the best I have ever been served. Snow pea leaves were perfect. Crispy intestines were disappointing in all respects, sliced too thin, texture like cardboard, no flavor (frozen), excessive dried chilis. Over seasoned, heavy cumin. My wife’s cumin lamb was to her liking, I found it to be over seasoned. Our server said it was her first day on the floor, she did a great job, trying to answer our questions, and getting our food to us. I guess they are still working out the kinks. Might come back next year.
