I came by last night at 12:06AM I ordered a patty melt meal my gravy looked old and discolored and my patties on my patty melt were still RAW I don’t understand how something like this happens when the patties have timers and I waited long enough for the patties to be fully cooked I was disgusted when I looked at my burger after already taking a few bites, my whole meal was ruined I immediately started throwing up I usually come here instead of 336 at least my fries were fresh and the boy at the window was nice I pray to god I don’t get food poisoning I work 2 jobs and literally cannot afford to miss work I Will be contacting store in the morning for a refund

We went around 12 at night on halloween to pick up a order for scotty. The guy at the drive thru was super awesome! He was definitely working hard. It's a shame though when a line formed it seemed like he wasn't getting any help from any other workers and looked stressed because of the busyness. He deserves a raise!

Very kind ladies you have working there. Especially the older lady working drive thru.
I had places an online order, god there within the time frame they said it would be ready. We pull up to the drive thru, lady asks us for the name, after waiting like 5 minutes we only get our drinks so they ask us to pull to the front and after waiting another 5 minutes someone comes out saying they LOST our order and we showed them the exact receipt. I got the chicken tenders with an extra strip, my mom got a burger and got extra grave for the side. After we waited a whole other while for our food, we get it and my gravy that COMES with my order is not there nor is my extra one, neither is my extra tender in the box. I also asked for the spicy ketchup and all i got was the regular ketchup. It wouldve been fine if they told me anything but they did NOT. Spending almost $30 for half of my stuff to not even be in the order. Not only that but my tenders were SO dry and fries super salty.

We pulled to the drive thru, were told to pull up to first window to order. No one was there when we pulled up, sat around and waited no one showed up after a few minutes, thought maybe they were understaffed, pulled to second window; four people standing right there. None checked window and wouldn't even look when we tried to get their attention. Sat for another minute or two at the second window then decided just not worth it to try and spend money somewhere that after ten minutes in a drive thru with tons of employees right there didn't even take the order 🤷🏼
