This whataburger has got to be the worst one I’ve ever been too in my life. I don’t EVER leave reviews on any places depending on how bad or good it was, however this place needs something done. Me and my boyfriend had just gotten off of work around 10pm this location is right down the street from where we work. Since it was so close and convenient for the both of us we decided to get some for dinner here. We order and wait in line finally pulling up to the window we get our order and there’s no ketchup in our bag which we had already asked for. No worries so we waited and waited about 10 minutes of the workers completely ignoring us while we sit and wait at the window just trying to get some ketchup, the woman slams the window door open with the audacity of just having the worst attitude with us over some ketchup. This employee needs to underStand she works at a fast food place and when someone ask her to simply do her job there doesn’t need to be any attitude back? We both work fast food ourselfs and if a customer simply asked us for some ketchup is it really that much to ask for ? Something needs to be done.

This food caused both me and my girlfriend significant abdominal pain and aggressive NVD. So much so that my girlfriend had to actually be checked into the hospital. I’m not sure if they are cooking their food all the way or what but do NOT eat here

I ordered the new what-a-wings, oh how I was disappointed. I'm typing this as I eat my meal fit for a small child. It's $12 before tax for the meal!!! Out of the "9 piece meal" 4 of the nuggets were a size I would expect but the other 5 pieces had little to no chicken inside the fry bater. I truly like Whatabuger's food, however on this day I was robbed. After I eat this "meal" I will have to make something else. Do better whataburger. I was cheated and everyone needs to know. Also my wife got the same order, also disapointed.

Took 15-20 minutes just for someone to greet me at the drive through menu when I had a mobile order. The guy that gave me the food basically dropped it through my car window without a word, I told him to have a good night, no response. They forgot my fries and onion rings. Called 8 times with them answering the phone once, but it was only background noise no matter how many times I said hello…

My friend and I went to this Whataburger on Jan 26, 2024. We ordered a sausage taquito, and a honey butter biscuit. It literally took them 15 minutes to make two items. The taquito had little egg mixture on it. Other stores, it's way more. This isn't our first time coming to this store, we've came several times before. This location is very slow both drive thru and the lobby. The employees are very slow paced, & talk amongst each other instead of working on their speed. We will not be visiting this location again.

This location has gotten better in the last few months compared to the last couple years. My order hasn’t been wrong in months and curbside has fritter gotten quicker. Now I only wait a few mins vs the 20 min wait in the past on curbside. Today my food took a little bit to come out so they brought my drink out early and apologized. So nice!
