The Bulldog Special breakfast burrito was amazing. The buttery eggs were cooked to perfection, and every bite was bursting with flavor. It had the perfect combination of ingredients, leaving me satisfied and craving more. Overall, a truly amazing culinary experience that I would highly recommend to anyone craving a delicious breakfast treat. You can’t beat the price as well.

The guys were very welcoming and understanding on everything I wanted inside of my taco. Food was amazing and warm, like your grandmother’s kitchen. Definitely highly recommend Balderas Joint if you’re passing through Thorndale.

So consistently good! Very grateful to have such a good place to pick up food here in Thorndale. The breakfast tacos are great. I always get bean, bacon, potato and cheese and they never disappoint. Ask for both hot and mild salsa to make "Christmas" sauce on your tacos... you won't regret it. The hot salsa is so good but definitely not for wimps. The crispy tacos, flautas and quesadillas are all great too. Good quality ingredients and so fresh. The owner is super friendly and makes everyone feel welcome. This is a food shack but there are a few picnic tables if you need to eat there.

Before the competition, the boosters like to have the band breakfast tacos. Balderas Joint generously donates breakfast tacos to the entire band. How amazing for them to do that!!
