As we ordered through the drive-thru, my husband is ordering his meal then mine. Cashier asks, "Is that all?" He says yes, thinking he was done. I ask him to order a small blizzard. So he asks for it and she responds sarcasticly, "Are you sure your done ordering?" Felt like a slap in the face, not valued as a customer to decide I wanted a dessert with my kids meal, why did that bother her so much to respondthat way? I didn't bother asking for the treat that's advertised is included with the kid's meal. NEVER AGAIN will we stop to get spoken to like an insignificant thing unworthy of their time or effort, instead we were NOT shown simple common curiosity for being a human. As a teacher & public servant you need to listen to your customers & show grace & patience in public establishments like restaurants. These employees need to be educated on common curiosity & how to speak to customers without frustrated emotions for asking for services they are supposed to be working to provide. Shame on management for NOT correcting & redirecting their employees basic customer service! SO DISAPPOINTED, I will definitely be sharing my experience through ALL my social medias! DEFINITELY would give a ZERO rating, but cooks don't give customer service, or they would be beaming in exemplary treatment of their customers.

While I was getting gas my 15 yr old son wanted a quick bite to eat I gave him about $4 and some change and suggested he get a fry seeing he probably wouldn’t have enough for a burger. That was the only cash I had on me besides my bank card I was using for gas. Meanwhile, the cashier rang him up for a burger and fry unbeknownst to him after said cashier informed him he didn’t have enough for a burger. So I then come inside this establishment to wait with him and asked what he ordered. He says, “Just fries.” A nice gentleman asks what we’re waiting for and I say just a fry. Idk if I was asked for a receipt or offered but the cashier didn’t give him one. That’s when two more employees asked what we’re waiting for and I give the same answer. Mind you this place is empty yesterday 3/19 @4:20pm and they all clearly heard what I said the first time. I’m wondering why different employees kept repeatedly asking the same question. That’s when I’m assuming what is a manager says, “There’s no orders with only fries (with a smirk).” Me being frustrated from repeatedly answering the same question tells the “manager” to then ask the cashier what was ordered. She then says, “Calm down,” and motioned with her hands as if I were her grandchild. That’s when the cashier finally spoke up and said, “I gave him the 2 for $5.” If only she would’ve been said that to save all the confusion and frustration. That cashier was unprofessional and so was that “manager.” I’m assuming she was the manager seeing she sat down in what looked like a makeshift office. I used to work at a fast food restaurant and we always gave receipts as well as if there was a discrepancy with an order you ask the cashier right away instead of asking the customer the same questions multiple times. As if the customers answer is going to magically change. I personally felt like it was implied that we didn’t place an order and were trying to get free food. This establishment escalated this minute situation instead of focusing on resolving it. The manager lacked common sense and professionalism, luckily I had enough wherewithal to not escalate the situation further unlike she had while actually at work. I didn’t know suggesting a solution without yelling was not being calm. Maybe it was racism or unconscious bias, I doubt if that would’ve happened to someone that didn’t look like me. Needless to say we won’t be coming here ever again, it’s not worth it.

The drive thru was backed up into the street, so I went inside. There was a long l8ne with only 2 people working. Went to the bathroom, and the toilet was overflowing onto the floor. I choose to eat elsewhere.

Got a chocolate milk shake and waited over 10 minutes and there wasn't even enough chocolate in the shake. Plus it was over $10 for 2 shakes.

service is terrible. takes at least an hour to get a simple double meat burger. half the time the whole order is wrong. they’ll forget fries and replace it with onion rings. almost never put cheese on the burger. food is 8 times out of 10 cold. i can see them talking and laughing in there while my order is waiting on the counter. cashier at window has terrible attitude. -2/10 experience. if you’re heading south on 281 take the extra 10 mins to get to george west and get dairy queen there.
