I know this is the middle of no where but this was BAD, for the order wrong took for forever to get us our foods then the manager tried to argue with us about the order being right when it was wrong.

Waited in the drive thru for close to 20 minutes just to get a corn dog and a drink. Had to honk at the employees to get their attention at the window as I was sitting there waiting for 5 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous.

The worst burger I've ever had. Bun was dry. Burger irsekf was both burned and cold. Serive was ok. Except they forgot some things and mever answered the button when I pressed it again. Honestly we just threw the food awau and went to McDonald's

The screen didn't work but they asked if our order was correct. When we told them there was nothing on the screen they didn't read our order back they just asked us to move up to the window. Never came to the window to confirm our order or give us drinks. Waited 15 minutes and they never came so we left.

Great staff and friendly service. The delivery chick commenced the conversation by stating that they cook all their food fresh to order and that's why the wait time was above expected. If the food is cooked as ordered, I don't mind waiting a couple extra minutes. Food was fresh and hot as the car hop started and my buffalo boneless wings were delicious.

They are entirely too slow! I understand making food takes a min, but I'm sure filling up your drink does not take 15min. The least they can do is get you your beverage while you wait for your order. Especially when it is 100+ degrees out. Just an fyi to management, you could make some serious money if you had the proper staff. There is over 200 construction workers working less than 0.2 miles from this establishment and we will be here for over a year. If your facility was up to par you would make bank$$$!

Wow! Worst experience ever! I know it's a drive thru but we waiting a good 20 min for our food. Then we noticed the order was incorrect on our drinks. We politely requested to have the drink edited. The lady at the window stated she needed to see the receipt and that she would replace the drink. At the same time that she was stating she would replace the drink, we noticed that the size of the tater tots were also wrong. We mentioned this also, gave her the receipt. She literally acted annoyed, sighed and said she would have to change the receipt. She proceeded to shut the window and took the receipt. After waiting again, without the drink and the tater tots we paid for, we ended up leaving. No receipt, no apology. Nothing. Absolutely disgusting customer service and seems to be an incompetent staff member. Oh and they forgot to give us condiments for what we ordered. AVOID THIS LOCATION! If management has any questions please respond and I will absolutely get in touch with you.

They took forever, and they charged for a glass of tap water. I seriously don't understand how Sonic is still in business. They charge a premium price for mediocre food an terrible service. Also the truck next to ours got tiered of waiting and left too. This sonic location should just close if there is not enough staff. Fail fail fail

Gave a 1 due to could not give a lower number. Parked, ordered at 12:32, called and asked about our order at 1:00, they were still making it, called at 1:23, and mgr said HE HAD NOTHING FOR STALL 11. about flipped my lid. Mgr. Walked to our car said car hop had come out to car, and no one was in the stall, NO CAR HOP CAME TO US! So mrg is comping our order, so we are traveling and now an hour later than we wantedto be, so if your in a hurry, DONT DO THIS SONIC!!! Food arrived at 1:28

Worst experience at sonic ever. 30 mins to get food. When we got our order my chicken strip dinner was more like a 3 piece chicken nugget and they forgot most of what it came with. My boyfriend's Kings Hawaiian was cold and the lettuce and tomato looked weeks old. The shake came out already melted and had a sour milk smell to it. Couldn't eat most of what we got. And wasted 40 mins of my life. This has possibly ruined sonic for me.

They took our order quickly, and had the food out, hot, within a few mins of ordering. The burger was just as ordered and the staff was friendly. The cherry limeade was spot on, and the tatter tots were great!

Chicken pieces are tiny. Toast is burnt and cold. Ordered BBQ sauce and got honey mustard. Asked for light ice in drink and cup is packed full. Waited nearly 10 minutes for food.

Food was solid. Up to par with most Sonics I've been to. However lack of cleanliness, speed, efficiency and care from the staff make me give this place a big thumbs down.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars, because this was the worst experience I've ever had at a Sonic. We sat for 15 minutes before someone even took our order (the place wasn't even that busy) and the food took another 20-30 minutes to come out. Definitely need new management or staff a couple more employees throughout the day. Terrible experience and will never return
