I take my new hires here when we train at our nearby plant. It is the only place with a salad bar and the lunch buffet is really good. Changes daily. And you get an amazing dessert afterwords. They made me like carrot cake. And I hated carrot cake for years. Everyone I bring here loves their food. A great menu and everything cooked to order.
A friend and I had an early lunch at Caleb Garcia Staghorn Restaurant, and split a char- grilled bacon Swiss burger and fries. Our Server, Gio (sp), I think was her name; she was a super attentive and very sweet! And, our compliments to the Chef for an excellent burger!
This place has been hit & miss in the past. We've lived here for three years and the options for dining out are slim.
I had the Luau Chicken with a side of sweet potato fries. The salty flavor of the grilled chicken breast paired with the sweet flavor of the pineapple, coupled with the fries was absolutely delicious!
