Chicken fried steak, hot open face sandwiches, roast beef, chicken, biscuits and gravy—everything cooked from scratch, fresh and delicious. DO NOT expect a fancy place (there isn’t even a sign). But the service is great—remember it takes a little time to cook from scratch. Nothing is frozen or out of a box. Family owned, mom and 10 kids. RV park next door in case you want to spend the night.
This is a true Texas treasure!the breakfast is blow you away GREAT. To start it's not fancy and you walk in and usually asked to seat yourself. Wonder waitress takes your order with the best Texas hospitality you can get. Her mama started the place and the sisters and nice ladies keep up the tradition. I've come here with my kids for 15 years. We hung out here but any chance I get to stop by God you bet. They usually have a buffet to enjoy which is good. But my love is the breakfast....read full review

Country Cafe is a family owned restaurant. We stopped by to have some coffee, and we met many people from the town where everyone was so friendly. They have so many hunted animal trophy heads, and the restaurant owner was kind enough to spend time and talk about the story behind each trophy. We really enjoyed stopping by at this place for a coffee.
