“Stopped by Chuck's Country Smokehouse for the first time yesterday afternoon. The food is amazing! Brisket is some of the best I have had. My wife and I do the Texas BBQ crawl all over the state and have been to the majority of the Texas Top 50 list. This food is in the top 5 we have experienced and it is 23 miles from our house. Sausage, boudin, and brisket was what we ordered we will definitely be back to try EVERYTHING else. Great atmosphere and super friendly service. Best in East Texas in my opinion!
