Took 20 minutes for one breakfast item. Had one car in front of me but after they drove off it still took 12 minutes. I get things happen but what was annoying was a manage was talking to the cashier the whole time instead of helping make food

Sara is by far THE BEST MANAGER! It was our first time at a whattaburger! Sara gave us great traveling info and a lil history of the surroundings. Her staff refected her kindness as well! What a great place! The food was hot and delicious, and the prickly pear drink with dried raspberries was fabulous! Thanks again Sara and staff, we truly appreciated you all, The Crandys♡

Had some issues with the order at first, Ferg was quick to look over the receipt and make things right. There was no fuss, he owned his mistake and did right to fix it professionally. Could not ask for much better service at a fast food spot. Thanks much.
