We were traveling and saw this restaurant on the gps, so we gave it a try, wow! We found a gem!! The food was soo good. The waitress gave us some recommendations which we went with the brisket mac n cheese. It was so good, and the bbq sauce, well, a bottle came home with us. Great service as well!
The bbq is ok enough. Nothing to write home about.
The price was a little higher than we expected.

Unique historic BBQ restaurant. The best BBQ and calf fries in North Texas. Their brisket and Mac and cheese is unbelievably good. They also offer a full bar. With excellent cocktails and some wonderful dessert options. Great food, great atmosphere, and even better service. The restaurant is much larger inside than it appears from the outside. They also offer an outside dining area. Our first visited Clarks in 1996 at the original structure. Unfortunately, the original building...
