My family went to Hill City Chop House yesterday and the food was amazing! I had the loaded turkey baked potato and my husband had the brisket and ribs. Customer service was also great! Very family friendly and great environment. We will definitely be back.
This place and the wonderful people who run it deserve way more than 5 stars! Food is absolutley AMAZING and the staff just fabulous!!!

If I could give them 6 stars I would. Great food and one of the most hospitable staff .Thank you guys for a great experience.
Truly great BBQ! The portions are generous, the prices are fair, and the staff is friendly. It checks all the blocks. Briskets was moist and the jalapeño sausage was delicious. Potato salad was creamy with a mustard base. Definitely coming back soon.

Hometown BBQ at its finest. Now this is some BBQ, intentional service and manners from staff. Amazing options so there is no way you won’t get something. I think that’s the only “issue” is I went and wanted everything. Plentiful amount for a great price and the meat is melt in your mouth Texas BEST.

Been to around 40 of Texas Monthly’s recommended lists and these guys are one of the top places. Great brisket and ribs but appreciated the quality they had in more challenging meats with turkey and bologna. Also great homemade sides and awesome dessert. Great people who are starting a new family and people you really root for in life and business. Go check them out if in the area or make a nice drive on a weekend.

Everyone in my lunch group loved their food! The sliced brisket was delicious along with the few bites I had of the dump dessert! 😋
Dustin and his staff were amazing and it was a great atmosphere! We will definitely be back again to this hidden gem!

Thanks so much for supplying the best Turkey our guests have ever eaten. Even family members who didn’t like Turkey taste tested and fell in love.
We really appreciate the order pick up process is amazing on tight schedules.
You guys outdid yourselves again.

Real tasty Brisket, but the Turkey is better, great flavor, moist and tender .. the pickles/onions/jalapeños that come with it are amazingly good. We'll be back .. 😎

Brisket was tough chewy too much fat. Hatch Mac was good to go. Tater salad not bad. Sausage cheese jalepeno was good. BBQ sauce nothing to write about. The Rojo soda is awesome. Note this place has nothing fried.

Good brisket. Liked the spicy beans. They lost us with the sauce. Way too much chili pepper or something in the sauce. Super friendly couple own it. Love their passion. BBQ business is really tough in Texas. Hope they can survive.

We accidentally showed up close to closing time, I felt horrible, but since they were not sold out, they were happy to feed us! The food was amazing and the service was the same! The smashadilla is what dreams are made of! I am not a big meat eater unless it comes from Hill City Chop House❤️
