I am only giving 5 stars only for one reason. The young ladies name is Ashlyn. I don’t know what’s wrong with the remaining crew but a simple drink can’t be made, but this girl! She makes it, not only that her customer service is excellent beyond measure. She is so friendly and kind. So if she isn’t there I go home! I have others remake the coffee over and over and still can’t get it right. It’s not a hard drink, it’s simple. It takes like sweet milk when others make it, but when Ashlyn does taste like pure coffee bliss. Have her train the crew!

Just went through the drive-thru. Ordered a large Blondie got to pick up my drink and had a medium Blondie with a caramel drizzle. The girl said that they had accidentally made it with a caramel drizzle and I said well the problem is that you made it a medium. She said that I ordered a medium. I always order a large drink and maybe the girl put it in wrong. However she could have said oh I'm sorry let me get you a large drink but that didn't happen. I told her I would take the wrong drink because honestly I didn't have time to wait because they were running incredibly slow as usual at this location.
Service was great, I was recommended a sugar cookie matcha with cold foam! Definitely my new go to, not to mention the area is in the perfect spot and the people are so sweet!
