I am only giving 5 stars only for one reason. The young ladies name is Ashlyn. I don’t know what’s wrong with the remaining crew but a simple drink can’t be made, but this girl! She makes it, not only that her customer service is excellent beyond measure. She is so friendly and kind. So if she isn’t there I go home! I have others remake the coffee over and over and still can’t get it right. It’s not a hard drink, it’s simple. It takes like sweet milk when others...
Normally great coffee but customer service was horrible today, ordered a cookie butter blonde today and it was horrible, had to go all the way back from work and when I said it was bad she told me they were out of 2 ingredients. Why didnt you tell me that when I ordered it?
Stopped by today for a much-needed pick-me-up after a long day, and the experience could not have been better thanks to Val. From the moment she greeted me, she was incredibly warm, upbeat, and genuine, which immediately turned my mood around. Val took my order so smoothly and efficiently, double-checking everything without making it feel rushed, and her friendly attitude made the whole interaction feel very welcoming and personal.
