I went through drive thru ordered a super no lettuce, pulled up front under shade tree to eat, discovered they left the tomato off, pulled back into the drive thru told em they left my tomato off my super, he says you wanted tomato, I said yes I only ask for no lettuce, when got to window, he's says we put you a tomato in a container then preceded to tell me I was wrong, that tomato was put on the sandwich, I said oh really here's the sandwich, I lift off top bun then flipped it and lift off bottom bun no tomato on either side...so I had to prove to the employee that the customer wasn't a liar....guess that will be a location I will not go to again since they call their customers liars

The older lady who works at this location is beyond rude! On two separate occasions, I have sent in two different people to pick up a mobile order and neither ever wants to go back because of her. I really don't think this location can afford to run off customers with sarcastic comments or cursing at people under your breath.

Got a number one. Employees told me after I got the food it doesn't come with cheese.. So they put sliced white cheese on it and called it good. Very sad standards. Will not be back
This location for got ingredients on one of there sandwiches aswell as complete forgetting to put a whole other burger, paid for and all, in the bag. There food is good on occasion but this location does not always satisfy with service

Absolutely terrible. What I ordered offer the drive through menu. I didn't get, and she told me that's what it was. I was like the number one is the roast beef with the cheese. She came back with him. No, it wasn't. It wasn't some brisket. I mean, the meat on the sandwich wasn't even sliced. The same? I don't unless it just recently changed their menu. But there was no Harvey sauce on it. Usually there's arby sauce on the sandwich. The curly fries were half empty.
