Rose is the sweetest she's welcoming beautiful smile the environment here is something else entirely, I got her loaded fries and a red velvet waffle. I didnt even get to take a picture. Immediately devoured it. Everyone is so polite greeting everyone who comes in. Literally perfect experience
I love Rose's! Every time I go here she absolutely NAILS my order. I've got to recommend the Mac and Fries with the chicken on top, Cajun sauce all tumbled together. Bonus if you get honey/syrup drizzle on top.

First time trying this truck and the food was delicious I could not believe how good the flavors were in my loaded Angus beef waffle fries. I also purchased red velvet waffle and regular waffles and hot dogs and fries. I am saving those things for my family's dinner. The service was kind and patient for a newcomer navigating brain fog while trying to order. I will return and do recommend.
