Very disappointed with the service and management worst customer service and the food no bueno

I love bigotes 99% of time, so I ordered their valentine day box and took it home only to have cold tacos. I don't mean it's been sitting out for a few hours, i mean like I took it out of the fridge cold. Everything else was good, just cold tacos

Very slow service. Only 1 waitress. Very long wait for food. Better service when it was at the gas station

Food was okay. My wife's rice was undercooked and on the cold side. I'll go back to try other menu items. My ranch water was really good. Service was really good.

This is my first time going, and I was disappointed. The milanese torta was hard and tasted old, and the meat was chewy and tough, and the guacamole was old and tasted like it was store bought. The chips were all crumbs and tasted old. The only good thing is the tacos al pastor.

They gave me sopes with spoiled dough, horrible flavorless tacos, the cheese for the chips was cold.
I won't return and I don't recommend it.
The good thing is that they gave me my money back.

Worst experience ever unable to get our food on time it means waiting over 45 minutes to get some tacos and a burger.
The waitress not where to be find pretty much just a to go place dont waste of you money and time there .
Also no manager on duty and over charge for anything

Loved the micheladas at bigotes, first time at the new location was disappointing to say the least. Before and after new location. What a downgrade....

We liked the old location...the service was better, the burrito was better. Mom had the fish and chips, it's tortilla chips- no side of salsa with previously frozen fish.
But hey! It certainly has a lot of TVs!

Since they changed location everything has gotten worse, the service is very slow, the food is no longer as good as before and I find the bar atmosphere with loud music at 10 am unnecessary.

I loved Bigotes tacos. I always enjoyed taking the family to eat at their previos location on Kuykenddahl, next to the gas station. This is their new location and food is always great. We get a mix of their al pastor and beef steak Norteño style tacos. The complimentary charro beans are always a great starter. However, I was unaware they went more of the bar route with this location, and sadly, I did not enjoy the atmosphere as much. I walked in with my family around 2PM and walked into what felt like a dark club scene. Light was minimal, besides the neon lights from the bar. All the shades were drawn and the blackout cieling and walls dont help much with lighting. The music was blaring way too loud to an almost empty area, and the playlist could be a better mix. Theres only so many songs with the same Bad Bunny, reggeaton sound you can take in one sitting. Mind you, I usually go with my 80 year old mother and kids. Had I been alone and going at a later time, I wouldn't have mind as much, but this was a spot I frequented as a treat with family after school or a quick bite. I will still be visiting, but orders will be to go.

Doordashed. 1 bean and bacon no bacon and 1 tablespoon of beans. 1 no bacon and less than a tablespoon of beans. Last one a disappointment but at least it looked like a bean and bacon taco

Came to the new location and it was bad. Got 5 tacos and a michelada. At the old location the micheladas were very good but this one had a drop of mix so I basically paid $10 for a beer. Tacos weren’t good. Have definitely got worse since the location move. Will not be going back, I’ll stick to norteños tacos
