The food, service, and atmosphere was very good. No complaints.
This review is not my typical, I try to be positive, but today's dining experience was horrible, if 0 were an option that is what I would choose. Everything was so slow and then my chicken came out off temperature/not even warm! The food was terrible. The experience was terrible. By the time the redo of my order came out we had to leave. (It was now at the 1 and a half hour mark). So basically I ate potato wedges and carrots. This isn't the first time we had an awful experience here. Just thought maybe things had changed. They were not even that busy, maybe at half capacity. Manager never came over, even though the waitress talked to him. For an adult and a child I paid almost $50, ridiculous! We will not be back at this location. Beyond disappointing.

Waited 1 hour for wings and appetizers and finally gave up. Left cash for drinks and left. We were not impressed with Eazy E.

When we first arrived the atmosphere was good. There was music playing and it was good conversation being had. As time went on they turned off the music and it was taken over my the TV. It was so loud I could hear the conversation I was trying to have with my dinner mate. Service was horrible he took our drink order. Then didn't come back. I had to flag him down 8 minutes later to take out appetizers order. Then he never came back waited 15 minutes then flagged him down to take our order. He took my dinner mates drink and forgot to bring it back. Waited for our food. For 30 minutes if not more. I wouldn't recommend this location.

First and foremost; Kenzie is an excellent bartender and server. In fact, her service made up for the complete letdown from the poor kitchen management.
When cooked and served correctly the wings were good and the new Beer Cheese Cheesesteak sandwich was awesome. The fries were so-so. Seasoned but still lacked flavor.
Their complete fail: First round of wings served were clearly cooked the day before making them dry and cold. Two different orders of fries served with a 2 hour difference, both cold…not even smart enough to dip them back in the oil before serving. Not only me but the two customers next to me at the bar too.
Now, I’m no expert but I did attend California Culinary Academy for 3 years in San Francisco and know full-well the second easiest thing to serve in a restaurant, other than a glass of water, are HOT FRENCH FRIES!!! An epic fail at this BWW location.
Again, the service saved the day. Kenzie was awesome.
My 2 cents.

My husband and I ordered 2 sandwiches but my husbands arrived and not mine? Manager “Vince “ said it was NEW company policy to bring things out as it’s cooked and still hot but NOT by table???? It was 15 minutes before I got my BLT?

My order was for take out. The bone in wings were slightly over cooked but for me that is a plus. The down side to the wings is there was very little sauce on them and the sauce was dried by the time I arrived home. I do keep Buffalo Wild Wings sauce in the fridge. I would have given five stars for adequate sauce on the wings.

Had trouble online and to be honest I was pissed I had to drive to the location.. But the manager took really good care of us and was so nice. The bar tender is always great! Only thing is they need someone to answer the phone other than that can't complain!

I was greeted and seated promptly.
I had 6 free wings did my birthday. I ordered the wings, a side of fries and a soda.
Didn’t take that long for the food to come out but nothing was hot. The wings were lukewarm and overcooked. Fries not hot at all. I didn’t send it back because I didn’t want anyone doing anything to my food.
This was my second visit to this location and neither experience was good.
I more than likely will not be going back.

Absolutely Terrible Service – Avoid at All Costs!
If I could give ZERO stars, I would! Buffalo Wild Wings consistently fails to honor their online order times. Every single time, they take 15-20 minutes extra—sometimes even longer! What’s the point of ordering ahead if I still have to wait like I just walked in? The staff doesn’t seem to care, and there’s no urgency to fix their broken system.
It’s incredibly frustrating to plan a pickup, only to be stuck waiting while my food sits there getting cold or isn’t even ready yet. This isn’t a one-time issue—it’s a pattern. Clearly, Buffalo Wild Wings either doesn’t respect their customers’ time or is just completely incompetent at managing online orders.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else—this place is a joke when it comes to service!

Got the cops called on us for asking for a booth by the so called manager JESSE OR JUSTIN ! What a horrible place to come eat at. Manager got all crazy yelling because I requested a booth and told me and my wife and kids to leave and he called Tomball PD what a waste of police officers times. Over wings how sad.
