So freaking good, had the crispy vegetable rolls- best veggie rolls I have ever had. The fried rice contains enough veggies so you can feel good about it being fried- flavor is good throughout and the sweet and sour chicken is great. We have been looking for a good chinese place in tomball and we have found it! And the portions are great value for the price

We were in the mood for Chinese food and decided to give this place a chance. Easy place to get in and out of. It has a small interior but when we were there there were plenty of open tables. It seems like most of this establishments customers get take out vs. dining inside. Waitress was not the friendliest (maybe it was just a cultural personality that I was not used to), but she was very tentative to our needs. The food was reasonable priced but I thought the portion sizes were rather small. Tasty food, fresh and served very hot which I liked. Was is great. . . no, but was it good enough that I would go back. . . . sure. If you are in the mood for Chinese and in the Tomball area give New Chang's Gourmet a chance.
Pepper steak beef shouldn't come with soo much onions. Good flavor, disproportionate amount of ingredients. For $16. It was about 80% veges and 20% meat, Disappointed in the chef for doing that. Flavor was good.
