I like Chang's. I eat there pretty often. Good food, good service, good price. No fancy atmosphere, but I'm in and out pretty quick and food is always good. Good selection too.
We were in the mood for Chinese food and decided to give this place a chance. Easy place to get in and out of. It has a small interior but when we were there there were plenty of open tables. It seems like most of this establishments customers get take out vs. dining inside. Waitress was not the friendliest (maybe it was just a cultural personality that I was not used to), but she was very tentative to our needs. Pepper steak beef shouldn't come with soo much onions. Good flavor, disproportionate amount of ingredients.
