Unfortunately every time I come to this location I have to pull aside and wait for my food every other Chick-fil-A I've been to is always fast they have the food waiting for you when you pull up I'm not sure what the issue is here but there's clearly something about the way they're running the operation that doesn't work. in addition the main reason I come to Chick-fil-A is for their shakes and their ice cream machine is broken. Last but not least the fries were not cooked they were Raw definitely not the typical Chick-fil-A experience

This franchise should be revoked and the place should just close it's doors to protect the brand.. 2 days in a row I came in to pick up a mobile order, and 2 days in a row dealt with very rude people,. You don't order your customers around like a poodle. This store apparently does not care about Christian values, or customer service.. If someone wants to see what a real Chic-Fil-A is like,, go visit the Jones road and 249 store.. This store might even send their managers over there to be trained properly.

I ordered food tonight through Uber eats I ordered a medium hi c I received a Fanta nothing on the driver it was Chick-fil-A’s fault. I don’t understand pay $20 and I get this. I would like my two dollars back for my drink please thank you.

The food was excellent, as usual for CFA. The thing that made this location standout, though, was the superb service. Every single member of staff I saw today at lunch was friendly and quick to help. Even during lunch hour, with many customers in the store, my food arrived quickly and the service was impeccable.
I love Chick-fil-A and I normally have a great experience, but today was very disappointing. I placed a mobile order and expected it to be ready when I arrived, but I still had to wait for my food.
When I finally got my lunch, the salad I ordered looked old and even a bit moldy. For almost $10, I expect fresh ingredients, and this was definitely not fresh. On top of that, my iced peppermint coffee didn’t taste good at all.
I was really looking forward to my meal, and it was frustrating to receive food that wasn’t up to Chick-fil-A’s usual quality.
