This may be the slowest Chick-fil-A I’ve ever seen in my life

This location is terrible. Order is always incorrect and they’re so slow. Several times we have been in line by 10:20 but by the time we get to order it’s 10:30 and they refuse to serve breakfast. If I'm in line on time they shouldn’t penalize me for their slowness. Recently I went back through the drive through because my order was incorrect and their employee rolled his eyes at me when I asked him to correct the order. No apology for the mistake. We love chick fil a but not this location. It absolutely doesn’t live up to the brands reputation, it needs new ownership.

This Chick-fil-A is absolutely terrible. Corporate should be embarrassed to have an owner like this representing their brand. Almost every single time—9 out of 10—my order is wrong or missing items, and that’s with a mobile order where the instructions are right in front of them. There’s no excuse for that.
The food tastes like a knockoff version of Chick-fil-A—close, but definitely not right. It’s obvious the owner is coasting on the Chick-fil-A name instead of putting in the work to maintain basic quality and standards. Because of that, I’m done. They’ve officially lost my business.
From now on, we’ll be driving to the Alden Bridge location. The difference is huge—you can literally taste the quality and feel how much the owner there cares about their store and their team.
Yes, it’s farther, but I’m finished wasting money at a location that clearly doesn’t care about doing the job right.

This is one of the best places to get a chicken sandwich, either grilled or fried.
This Chick-fil-A location is truly outstanding! Every time I visit, I’m impressed by how consistently friendly and efficient the staff are—service is always quick, warm, and genuinely attentive. The restaurant is spotless, well-organized, and clearly well-managed. Most importantly, the food is always on point.
This is easily one of the best Chick-fil-A locations around. Highly recommend!

Came to this location yesterday, I should have left after seeing how dirty the inside looked. My boyfriend woke up with food poisoning in the middle of the night this was the only thing he had eaten so it was definitely the food here. Disgusting and disappointing. I know mistakes happen but being clean is not one of them.

Simple aren’t so simple here! You buy a bag of ice at the beach you expect no bag- we are not at the beach- it’s not a holiday- I don’t look lol the type to fish so if the gas station ask if you want a bag. The teenagers with no common sense need to learn ask if you need a bag- They don’t offer a bag and they throw the large bad ice with half assed loose knot!! Assuming they provided excellent customer service ugh

Came to this side of town for a workout event and stopped at this Chic fil-a for a post-workout snack. AMAZING customer service from Cam! She was so attentive and went the extra mile for us. Wish all Chic fil-a’s had a Cam. :)

Just terrible service, I order online on the app thinking it would be easy, i get home find that my sandwich is missing i drive all the way back and get back home just to find out my daughter chocolate milk is missing too.
Called, they didn't seem to really be bother or cared, i mean for they didn't bother to give me straws or napkins for a 50 dollar order.

I've been going to this Chick-fil-a for 6 years and I've never had a problem. You get what you expect from any other Chick-fil-a.
I just hate putting down a chick fil a restaurant but this location is just awful. This week the bread on my minis were hard as a rock and I received sweet tea when requested unsweet tea. Also verified at window that tea was unsweet. This location needs help!!!

For the past few years since this location has opened I've frequented here (over 4 years). Over the span of this time, they maybe got my order right 10% of the time. This is indicative of a management issue.
Oh, and the person taking your order over the speaker is usually rushed and rude.
I'll be voting with my wallet now. I've silently waited to see if things improved over time but they haven't.

I am sooo sad writing this, I was rushed through the drive through line, I didn’t even order the meal how I wanted because the guy was talking so fast and kept saying “okay that it?” After everything I said then I got my sandwich and it was clearly old. It was dry and room temp. I’ve never had an experience like this at chic fil a.

Not the Chic fil A service you get elsewhere. No QA on the orders going out. I thank them for my food (which ended up being wrong and missing items) and they say nothing in return. Clearly a mismanaged location. I will be requesting a refund and will not return to this location. Disappointing.

Just stopped here to get a large fry and a medium fry and they put the same amount if not less in the large than the medium and there wasn’t that much in the medium either. This isn’t the first time the food has been disappointing otherwise I wouldn’t bother leaving a review. Out of all the chick fil a’s I’ve been to, this one has pretty much been a disappointment since it opened some years ago.
