I drive 4 miles off my way for the 4.7 rating chick-fil-A. But I am not happy with it. They forgot to give me the vanillas is for my coffee and then when I ate the chocolate cookie, it seems like it’s been cooked for a couple of days.

I always order an egg biscuit with cheese extra butter. Sometimes I add an egg white. That's it.. Nine times out of 10 they get the order wrong and I have to send it back. This time they were running a promotion for a free Chick-fil-A chicken biscuit. The order taker decided to put the fact that it was free at the end of his speech, but because I didn't want to waste any food and didn't have anybody to give it to, I declined in the very beginning and then quickly changed my mind because I did in fact have somebody in mind to give it to. He thought it was because I heard the word free that he saved til the end. He made a mocking gesture which made me feel manipulated and mocked AND he didn't get my order right. Most of the time the order takers are very endearing. Not this one. And I wish they would fix the problem of ordering a simple egg and cheese biscuit with an add-on. This location also charges $2 for an ice cream cone with very little ice cream on it compared to several other nearby Chick-fil-A's in the area. When I brought it to their attention I was told that that was all the manager would allow them to put on the cone. So if you get an ice cream cone from the Stafford Chick-fil-A expect to get very little.

I was having a horrible lunch break after spilling vinaigrette all over my scrubs and driver seat, so I headed over to chick-fil-a to pick something up for lunch. Scott took my order and was so nice to help me out. He gave me a cookie and some wet wipes to clean up. I know to some people that isn't a lot but he didn't have to do that for me. He helped me when I wasn't looking for help. Everytime I come here I'm treated so well and the employees are so kind.

I normally love Chick-fil-A but the service here was awful. The employee had me tap pay at the ordering stand, but he forgot to add the side chicken, so instead of letting me pay for it separately they cancelled that payment and had me pay again at the main window, mind you that first payment won’t be back into my account for 7 business days. Not everyone has money they can just wait that long for when it should have never left my account to begin with. They were extremely rude about it too when I was trying to ask how long it would take to refund, she just kept saying that it should be pending, but I had to call my bank to find out I won’t see it for 7 days.

Imagine working a 12 hour shift, being too tired to cook, and deciding to order food just to get home and find out the order is wrong. I tried calling the restaurant, but it only goes to a voice recording. Do better. You don’t know what kind of day people had. I will not be returning, and I’ll be reporting the charge since my order was incorrect.
Jesus chicken what can I say. It's one of the best examples of chicken fil a. Very respectful staff, very clean and orderly. What's not to love!

I came by y’all’s location and was kindly greeted by Allyssa! She was so positive and even asked how my day was going! Definitely a wonderful server. she went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct and gave the best customer service I’ve received in a while! We need more servers like allyssa!

I put in my order, and watched the managers bag my food. None of them wore gloves especially when I physically saw them touch my waffle fries, one fell out and they just stuck it back in the box. I come to this location often, and I have never seen the managers wash their hands before handling the food, this is a HEALTH HAZARD. I do not want dirty hands touching my food, let alone anyone else.
The employees themselves are fantastic! They always give a warm welcome, smile and ask me how my day is going. They are so quick and always double check to make sure my order is correct.
